How to fillet Mackerel

I came up with this post in a hope to help those who are curious to know how to go about and fillet Mackerel to prepare my delicious recipe of Mackerel Recheado.
This should possibly help people like me who get fish cleaned from markets.
So when I want to prepare Mackerel stuffed, i use some simple tricks to get the perfect Mackerel fillets to suit my needs.




Here's what u need to do:
  • Wash the cleaned fish. 
  • Now freeze the fish for 4 hrs.
  • Once they are frozen but not iced, take the fish out and with a sharp knife fillet the fish. Here you need to use the knife from the tip of the bone so that fish comes out clean without any tiny bones left in between.
  •  Now do the same step on the other-side.

  • And you will get perfect fillets of mackerel.

How To Peel Peaches

I found this recipe of yummy Peach milkshake and wanted to try it.
I didn't know much, how to check whether the peaches are ripe or not and how to basically peel them without wasting the pulp.


Peel Peaches



OK, Here's what you need to do:
  • Keep a pot with water to boil.
  • Once its starts boiling, you need to drop in peaches slowly.
  • Make sure u don't splash hot boiling water on your hands or body, as it can cause injury.
  • Let the peaches be in there for 1 min.
  • Now turn off the gas and slowly take out the peaches with the help of wooden spoon.
  • In another bowl take take ice cold water. Here i took cold water but you can add ice cubes if you wish and drop the peaches in.
  • Let it sit for 1 min.

  • Now peel off the skin easily leaving the pulp intact.

  • Use these peaches to decorate cake,to make milkshake,eat it....you can do anything. :)
